The Texas Tech Red Raiders have gotten themselves a wide receiver with some serious hops.

Derrick Willies, a six-foot-four JUCO transfer, recently posted this video of him doing a 60-inch sitting box jump. And, oh yeah, he's also wearing a 10-pound vest to make it hard. Because doing a 60-inch sitting box is trumped in ease only by breathing.

We're pretty sure opponents have seen this and have taken notice. Memo to all the teams in the Big 12: your secondaries are gonna need some ladders to keep up with any jump balls in the end zone when they take on the Red Raiders. With athletic skill like this, Willies may soon find himself "jumping" up draft boards if and when he declares for the NFL.
