Dale Earnhardt Jr. won the rain-shortened Quicken Loans Race for Heroes 500 at Phoenix International Raceway on Sunday night, while Kevin Harvick, Kyle Busch and Martin Truex Jr. advanced to join Jeff Gordon in the final four of NASCAR’s Chase for the Sprint Cup championship next week.

Delayed nearly seven hours because of rain, Sunday’s race was called after 218 of the 312 laps were completed. Earnhardt Jr. took the checkered flag, with Harvick in second, Joey Logano in third, Busch in fourth and Jimmie Johnson fifth. Truex Jr.'s 14th place finish allowed him to out-point the rest of the Chase drivers for a spot in NASCAR's final four.

Chase drivers Carl Edwards, Joey Logano, Kurt Busch and Brad Keselowski were eliminated on Sunday.

Gordon, Harvick, Busch and Truex Jr. will vie for the 2015 Sprint Cup Series championship during next Sunday’s finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
